Biography
Don Huse is a coach, consultant, and speaker who inspires people to fulfill their life purpose, through proactive career management and personal branding strategies. He has provided coaching, career development and transition assistance for clients in many industries including information technology, telecommunications, financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, petrochemical, mining, commercial printing and publishing. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Practical Theology from Howard Payne University and completing studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Don spent the next 12 years working to establish new churches in developing areas throughout Texas. Primary responsibilities included leadership development, marketing, training and lecturing. With a desire to help people enjoy more satisfying careers with greater effectiveness, Don turned his attention to career consulting in 1995. In 1998 he founded Venturion. Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas; Venturion is a career management firm helping individuals realize their potential and proactively pursue more meaningful, and balanced careers. Don is a certified Career Management Fellow (CMF), Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Registered Career Consultant (RCC), and FranklinCovey Certified Coach. Don is a member of the Association of Career Professionals (ACP), the Career Management Alliance, and the Career Planning and Adult Development Network.
